The City of Redwood City (“City”) City Manager’s Office administers regulations that govern Commercial cannabis activities with in Redwood City. The City currently has six (6) permitted storefront retail cannabis stores. Retail stores are also permitted to provide delivery services. The Cities regulations also conditionally permit cannabis delivery only businesses and commercial indoor cultivation. However, there are currently no delivery only operations nor commercial cannabis cultivation. No delivery only of cultivation business are envisioned currently. With this Request for Proposals (RFP), the City seeks experienced consultants to provide services to assist in the administration of commercial cannabis in Redwood City.
