The Unites States Fiscal and Property Office (USPFO) - Flowood, Mississippi, intends to issue a firm fixed price, sole source award to provide meals at the state operated full time dining facility located at Camp Shelby Joint Forces Training Center (CSJFTC), Consolidated Dining Facility (CDF)-1001 Lee Avenue, Building 3514 and additional dining facilities located within Camp Shelby to the State of Mississippi, through the State of Mississippi Licensing Agency, the Department of Rehabilitation Services.

The Mississippi Army National Guard (MSARNG) operates the CSJFTC, pursuant to the Randolph-Sheppard Act, 20 U.S.C. § 107 and Mississippi Code 43-3-93.

This contract provides for Non Personal Services to furnish all necessary supplies and services to operate full-service food operations at the CSJFTC CDF located at Camp Shelby, MS. The requirement for services encompasses dining facility management functions, food preparation, facility sanitation and janitorial duties.

This contract action is for services for which the Government intends to enter into direct negotiations with The State of Mississippi Licensing Agency, the Department of Rehabilitation Services.
The anticipated award date is September 1, 2018. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 722310 and the size standard is $38.5 million. A solicitation will not be issued. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
