Q: The controls will have provision for interfacing with the existing Crestron control system. What is the model # or more information on the Crestron system?

A: The desired interface to command the camera to each of its positions is a relay contact closure, i.e., a contact to full down position, contact to move to intermediate and contact closure to raise camera to full up position. If a simple contact closure control method is not available, then the method would be via RS-232 or RS-422 serial commands.

Q: The system shall have three positions, retract, Sony Cameras, and PolyCom camera. Does the customer have specific model #'s that they want to use?

A: The SONY cameras will be Sony EVI-D100 (we provide cameras not the lift provider). The Polycom VTC unit is a POLYCOM VSX 7000 VTC (we already have).
