The Bureau of Public Debt (BPD), on behalf of the United States Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board (CSB), intends to modify contract TPD-CSB-09-00004 awarded as sole source award to Fauske and Associates for Calorimetry testing on December 11, 2008. The original testing has been inconclusive and requires further testing.

BPD will consider all affirmative responses received at [email protected] no later than 11:00 am et on Thursday, February 19, 2009. A request for more information is not considered an affirmative response. If no response is received that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all requirements and that is more advantageous to the government, a modification to the award will be made to Fauske and Associates.
