The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) - Energy anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) within the next 60 days. The solicitation will be published electronically on the Contract Opportunities website at https://beta.sam.gov/. Interested companies responding to the solicitation will be required to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) and Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).

This is a follow-on pre-solicitation notice to sources sought notice SPE60319R5X11. This pre-solicitation notice is for the upcoming solicitation for environmental remediation, environmental compliance, and environmental facility maintenance services at three (3) California facilities: DFSP Norwalk, CA; DFSP Ozol, CA; and DFSP San Pedro. DLA Installation Management for Energy Environmental Division (DM-FEE) is responsible for funding, supporting and overseeing execution of DLA Energy’s environmental requirements. DM-FEE implements remedies as needed to protect human health and the environment. Site Closure (SC) is the primary goal of this effort while restoring and maintaining the Facility in a cost effective manner.

The period of performance is a four-year period, September 1, 2020 through August 31, 2024 and a six-month extension provision, September 1, 2024 through February 28, 2025. The Government anticipates awarding three (3) firm fixed-price contracts, one for each location.

This procurement will be on an Unrestricted (Full & Open) basis under NAICS 562910.
