NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE - The Marine Corps Air Ground Task Force Training Command/Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, CA intends to award a simplified acquisition on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), to Unique Communications Solutions for CAIRS Software relocate the TMS from one network to another. The anticipated award, date is 17 June 2015. A Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition is attached to this notice. A determination by the government not to compete the proposed procurement action is based upon responses to this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 541511 with a size standard of $27.5 Million. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
