The California Alternative Energy and Advanced Transportation Financing Authority (CAEATFA or the Authority), a public instrumentality of the State of California, seeks to retain a qualified firm (OBR Servicer or Contractor) to provide assistance to the Authority with the administration of the On-Bill Repayment (OBR) feature of the GoGreen Business Energy Financing (GGB) program, part of the California Hub for Energy Efficiency Financing (CHEEF) Programs.
