Amendment #2 clarifies requirements in the Statement of Work for Line item 8 regarding mechanical/manual tree removal, and adds the Pre-bid meeting notes to the announcement for review by all prospective contractors. 

Amendment #1 is a correction to theAttachment #3 Schedule of Items Excel spreadsheet. FY21 base item #3 (Tree felling ≤18” DBH), the correct estimated quantity should be 15 tree felling sites (150 trees).

The Government’s intent is to award multiple IDIQ contracts, one for each of the line items described in the Schedule of Items.  The initial task orders, as described in the specifications, will be awarded with the IDIQ contracts.  Future task orders will be awarded as work and funding is available, though annual estimates are provided in the statement of work.

Contractors are required to be actively registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov in order to be considered for award. Registering in the SAM system is FREE.
