2. Section C 10.0 Inspection and Acceptance. The referenced Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan Table 2.0 is not provided. Per Section 11.0 below, it is understood that the contractor will provide this table.

3. Section C 11.0 Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan. Does IRS intend for the QASP to be included with this proposal, or will the QASP be prepared during performance?
Yes, the IRS does intend for the QASP to be included with this proposal.
4. Section C 12.0 Quality Control Plan. This Plan is not included in the deliverables table in Section 6.0.
This is not a deliverable, but needs to be made available upon the request of Government.
5. Section J Section 508 Conformance refers to a Secure Registration Based Email (SRBE). Is this correct?
No, this is not correct and has been removed.
6. Section L 1.1 Delivery of Proposals indicates that âAll proposals shall be submitted via one electronic copyâ while 2.1 Submission Requirements asks for âan original hardcopy and an electronic submission.â Please clarify.
The submission of proposals and all necessary documents should be electronic copies only. This section has been amended as such.
7. Section L 2.1 Submission Requirements -- How many past performance references are required / permitted?
The submission of past performance reference forms should be submitted with proposals and 2 references are required.
8. Section L 3.1 Section 1: Technical Proposal Content and Section M Factor 1 Subfactor (a) item (d) and (e) refer to a âsecure FIPS 140-2 compliant Email systemsâ. Is this correct?
