The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award a commercial item contract to Informatica Corporation 1902 Campus Commons Drive, Suite 500,Reston, VA 20191, on a sole source basis for the procuring of technical expertise and management support for the Customer Account Data Engine (CADE 2) Program – Database Implementation(DI) Project in the form of; (1) Database Initialization support which includes development of the application code needed to transform and load 100% of the unstructured IMF data into the CADE2 DB2 database on the transformation rules using the Informatica B2B and Powercenter toolset. (2) Daily updates in the development of the application code needed to transform and load all identified changes made to the IMF data, on a daily basis, into the CADE2 DB2 database based on the transformation rules using the Informatica B2B and Powercenter toolset. (3) IDRS Extraction in the developing of the application code needed to and produce a file of all CADE2 data needed by IDRS on a daily basis, based on the transformation rules and in the format expected by IDRS using the Informatica B2B and Powercenter toolset. Vendors who can provide service at price, term and conditions equal to or better than those which can be provided by Informatica Corporation, should submit clear convincing data in writing substantiating an ability to furnish the entire requirement.
