Synopsis: Television service at the HAATS location. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a request for offers or proposals. This notice does not represent a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information provided. All interested sources must respond to future solicitation announcements separately from responses to this notice. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential Businesses who can provide television service at the High Altitude Aviation Training Site. The NAICS code for this requirement is 515120.

All interested Small Business concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intention to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than 11 September 2013 and email their notice to [email protected].

SCOPE OF WORK:

The services to be rendered include installing any and all necessary equipment to provide cable or satellite television service to the address below. The successful offer must be able to provide the requested channel lineup to 34 billet rooms as well as 10 TV's in common areas. Channel lineup to include but is not limited to the highlighted channels: The Colorado Army National Guard is looking for service to start on September 27, 2013 and go through September 26, 2014 with the option to renew service every year.
