The Contractor shall provide and install Directional Boring and Gas Piping Services. The Contractor will be compensated in accordance with the Lump Sum service rate specified on Exhibit B-1, Public Works Rate Sheet. The Contractor shall include all labor, equipment, parts, devices, materials, tools, installation, supervision, inspection, training, licenses, permits, insurance, transportation, travel and per diem and any other costs necessary to perform services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Inmate/Ward Labor (IWL) Program, California State Prison, Solano (SOL), located at 2100 Peabody Road, Vacaville, CA 95696.
