This is an Agreement in which the Contractor shall provide Concrete Pumping Services on an ¿as-needed¿ basis. The Contractor will be compensated for the services in accordance with the service rate(s) specified in Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet; which shall include all labor, operators, materials, equipment, tools, non-consumable supplies, transportation, travel, per diem, licenses, permits, insurance, and every other item of expense necessary to perform services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Inmate/Ward Labor Program (IWL) located at the Institutions/Facilities listed in Exhibit E, List of Participating Institutions.
