SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston intends to award a $8,300,000.00 modification to Contract N65236-03-D-5127 with M.C. Dean, Inc. The modification will be negotiated on a sole source basis. M.C. Dean is the only known source in the position to provide continuous C4ISR/IT tasking in the EUCOM and Central Region AORs without a long lead time and additional costs to the Government.
