Under the direction of California State Parks' Environmental Scientist, contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, travel, and equipment to perform banding services for the Western Snowy Plover and Western Snowy Plover chick broods located throughout Orange Coast District. At the end of the season, contractor shall provide an end of season banding report in accordance with details below. All work shall be conducted throughout Orange Coast District during the 2025, 2026, and 2027 breeding seasons.
