Contractor agrees to furnish all labor, tools, materials and equipment necessary to: design and build an engineered ¿F¿ shaped patrol dock at Lake Perris State Recreation Area located in the County of Riverside. This project requires the successful bidder to design, build, and install a replacement all-weather dock that can be functional at various water elevations ranging from 28 vertical feet from high pool lake elevation. Previous pylons are at the location and may be used if the bidder¿s design incorporates them, but it is not required. If the pylons are unutilized, they will remain in the water. A concrete approach walk ramp exists and should be utilized in the design for access purposes.
