Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to haul and properly dispose refuse collected from Lake Perris SRA in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this IFB. The DVBE Participation Requirement for this solicitation has been waived. However, the DVBE Incentive still applies. There is no minimum DVBE participation requirement for this solicitation.
