The Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking bids from qualified vendors to prune 144 palm trees of varying species. The services shall be performed at the Hearst San Simeon State Historical Monument® located in San Simeon, CA 93452. A job walk for this bid is required in order to bid and will be held on 09/12/2023 at 8:00 a.m. Please see the attached bid package for more information on the job-walk location and time. Bids will be accepted via mail and e-mail until September 19, 2023, at 2:00 PM at which time they will be publicly opened. A fillable excel sheet of the bid form has been attached for the convenience of the bidder. Questions regarding this solicitation and job scope related questions shall be submitted to the DPR Bids SLO Coast District e-mail at [email protected] by September 14, 2023, no later than 2:00PM.
