Contractor will provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to haul and dispose of refuse, organics (compost), and mixed recycling from various State Park and State Beaches located in the Santa Cruz District of the Department of Parks and Recreation. Service locations are within Santa Cruz, and San Mateo Counties, CA. The term of this agreement is January 1, 2024 (or upon DPR approval) through December 31, 2026. There will be no job walk or pre bid conference for this contract. In submitting your bid, you must comply with the Refuse Disposal Service Instruction to Bidders, DPR 326D, included in the Bid Booklet C23715004. The DVBE Participation Requirement for this solicitation has been waived--however the DVBE incentive still applies.
