Service will be provided Memorial Day through Labor Day weekends on weekends and State recognized Holidays for the length of the contract which will span from 2023 to 2024. Service Location: Big Basin Redwoods State Park, 21600 Big Basin Way, Boulder Creek CA 95006 Proposed route will go from the Saddle Mountain Facility near the Entrance to Big Basin Redwoods State Park and end at the site of the former Visitor's Center/Park Headquarters. Potential bidders are encouraged to drive the route with their shuttle vehicles before placing bids to ensure that their vehicles are equipped for the route. The anticipated performance period of this two-year contract is: 5/29/2023 (Or upon DPR approval whichever is later) to 09/04/2023 and 05/27/2024 to 09/02/2024. Start dates and end dates are contingent on contract approval and facility reopening. The State reserves the right to extend or reduce those periods as needed. Estimate for Services: $35,000 per year, for a total contract amount of $70,000.00.
