The Contractor will provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to furnish and maintain handicapped and regular portable chemical toilet units as per Exhibit A, Attachment 1, Chemical Toilet Rental and Service Specifications at Big Basin Redwoods State Park, Butano State Park, Manresa State Beach, New Brighton State Beach, Sunset State Beach, Twin Lakes State Beach, Castle Rock State Park, and Wilder Ranch State Park. Servicing to occur per the bid sheets. Contractor will also maintain Hand Wash Stations as per Exhibit A, Attachment 1: Non potable fresh water, hands free foot water pump, grey water holding tank, OSHA approved, liquid soap dispenser, paper towel dispenser. Services performed each trip shall consist of (a) pumping the grey water tank, (b) thorough washing and cleaning of the unit, (c) replenishing the water supply tank, (d) replenishing soap dispenser and replenishing paper supplies.
