The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools and skills necessary to complete the light poles upgrade and replacement. Showing is mandatory. 6% DVBE Participation is required for this solicitation. A DVBE incentive will be given to bidders who provide DVBE participation above 6%. All bidders must meet the full participation requirement based on the total bid amount in order to be considered a responsive bidder. No contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code Section 1725.5.
