NASA/DFRC has a requirement for one (1) each SW-CIMS-PRS WebEOC Professional-STD, one (1) each SW-CIMS-PR2 Web EOC Second Server Software, two (2) each SW-DTSTD-BM Double-Take Standard with one year SA (per license), one (1) each TS-INST3-ES WebEOC 3-Day Onsite Installation and Training, one (1) each TE-TVLEX-ES Travel and Per Diem. NASA/DFRC intends to purchase the items from ESi Acquisition, Incorporated, 699 Broad Street, Suite 1100, Augusta, Georgia 30901. WebEOC is a specific and unique program for managing emergency response efforts. This product is used by other NASA centers and is compatible with our production. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12 and 13. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 3:30 p.m. local time on ___8/7/06____________. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. An Ombudsman has been appointed.
