NA The Oregon Air National Guard has a requirement for Architect-Engineer Services for the preparation of plans, specifications and cost estimates to update existing base master plan. The Government intends to award one contract for the completion of the serv ices outlined herein. IAW FAR Part 36.602-5 short select procedures will be followed. No further announcement with regard to this project will be made in the future. The services required are as follows: Evaluate relevance, condition and quality of the e xisting master plan. Evaluate any impacts of the Klamath Falls Airport Master Plan. Develop new alternatives for the long range plan. Create project list and costs for the long range plan. Develop and provide various plans within the master plan (const raints and opportunities, long and short range, land use, real estate acquisition). Produce full and summary reports. Provide aerial photography. Provide all products in electronic form. Design criteria shall meet all Air National Guard Design policies, procedures and regulations. Applicants must have on staff, or demonstrate alliance with firms having experience in the above mentioned disciplines.
