All corespondance shall be received by Jan 07, 2008 The OO-ALC / PKXE Contracting Office, Hill AFB Utah, intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with Synplicity, Inc.This acquisition is for Synplicity Synplfy Pro, a software tool used in maintaining theF-16 OFPs. The software tool is required by the USAF to perform block updates for the F-16 in the Avionics Intergration Support Facility and to sunthesize a VHDL hardware description language file into netlist for an FPGA.
