Provide Architectural and Engineering services to RENOVATE 5C at the VA Western New York Healthcare System, Buffalo, NY. Work includes, but is not limited to, the design of six (6) private patient rooms with bathrooms and showers for female veterans and isolation patients, involving the demolition of walls, and the reconfiguration of the nurse’s station for improved patient observation. NOTE: This acquisition is limited to firms located within a 30-mile radius of the Buffalo facility. Otherwise, this acquisition is unrestricted, meaning any firm can apply, regardless of business size. NAICS Code 541310 (Building architectural design services) applies. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated to be awarded. The estimated construction cost for this project is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. This is not a request for proposal.
