The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with D&H Global Enterprise, LLC (D&H) for the manufacture of prototype prone carts for the Department of Veterans Affairs. D&H is the only source for this product. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Contract is firm fixed price.
