The Department of Veterans Affairs Lebanon VA Medical Center, 1700 South Lincoln Avenue, Lebanon, PA 17042 is seeking to obtain information on potential sources to provide architect and engineering design services for "ICU/Medical/Surgical Unit, Project #595-301". Sources shall have capabilities to provide architect and engineering services to design an interstitial floor and a 27-bed ICU/Medical/Surgical unit on top of the current Surgery Building. The project will be in the range of 25,000 to 30,000 square feet and will have complicated phasing. Project services will include site investigation, completion of bid documents and construction period services. This is not a request for competitive quotes.
