The Agricultural Research Service (ARS), USDA, plans to award a contract to C.H. Guernsey & Company, on a sole-source basis for architectural and engineering services for the New Headhouse and Greenhouse Grazinglands Research Laboratory in El Reno, Oklahoma. This is an update to the design that was completed by C.H. Guernsey & Company. The project will require professional services in the disciplines of architecture, structural, civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering. The services will include, but not be limited to: design criteria development, designs, analyses, drawings, specifications, detailed costs estimates, bid evaluations, shop drawing review and approval, construction monitoring and inspections, and other related tasks as required. A solicitation will be issued sole source under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), supplies or services required are available from only one responsible source and no other type of supplies of services will satisfy agency requirements.
