NOTICE OF INTENT TO NEGOTIATE A CONTRACT: Six (6) firms have been selected as being eligible to receive a contract award as a result of this solicitation for the Cabbage Palm wetland restoration plan. Interested parties are hereby notified that NRCS intends to negotiate a fixed price contract with Miller-Legg & Associates, the highest ranked of the selected firms. If a mutually satisfactory contract cannot be negotiated, NRCS will negotiate the contract to one of the remaining selected firms. Prior to commencing negotiations with another firm for this contract, a similar notice of intent to negotiate will be posted at this website.
