Provide Professional Architectural Engineering Design services to Renovate Rooms C133, Bldg. #200 for a new Digital Fluoroscope at the Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital, Hines, Illinois. The design shall include architectural, site, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and ACM abatement design. Work to include but is not limited to, ceiling (structural & finishes), flooring, lighting, HVAC and electrical work. Estimated construction cost is between $500,000 - $1,000,000. Area of consideration is restricted to 100 miles of the Hines VA Hospital, Hines, Illinois. Submit two (2) copies of SF 330 with appropriate documentation by close of business January 4, 2008.
