Solicitation N00421-17-T-0078 is issued as a brand name procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a Brand Name basis for SCI Technology, Inc for C-130T Aural Tone Generator P/N: 5502401-001 under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). Only brand name responses will be considered.

Offeror's must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov/vendor.cfm.

This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability.

Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Your quote will only be evaluated on the information you provide.

The Government will consider quotes from all responsible sources with the capability to provide the Brand Name product cited, and will award to the responsible vendor whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Vendor MUST be an authorized distributor; Items must be covered under the Manufacturer's Warranty; Used or refurbished items will not be accepted.
