The 934th Airlift Wing, 760 Military Highway, Minneapolis ARS MN 55450-2100 is seeking professional services for the exterior cleaning of eight (8) C-130H Model Aircraft located at this installation. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to clean the exteriors of the aircraft to ensure proper maintenance and corrosion prevention. The Government will provide materials required to perform aircraft wash, including electricity, cleaning solutions or compounds, water, sewage, and refuse collection. Contractor will provide items listed in the Statement of Work. Work includes, but is not limited to: wiping, polishing, and cleaning of the exterior of the aircraft, and cleaning the wash facility after each use. It is anticipated that one (1) or two (2) aircraft will require cleaning per month. The period of performance for this BPA (Blanket Purchase Agreement) is anticipated to be five (5) years, beginning 1 June 2010 through 31 May 2015. All work is to be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work, Wage Determination, and Contract Clauses. This procurement is set-aside for small businesses.
