The City of Cumming (Owner) is requesting Proposals for the construction of the City of Cumming - Byers Road Gravity Sewer Extension project. Proposals for construction will be received at Cumming City Hall located at 100 Main Street, Cumming, GA 30040, until June 23, 2021, at 11:30 am local time. At that time, the Proposals received will be privately opened, read, and scored. Furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment to install approximately 6,700 LF of 8-Inch PVC D-14 C900 Gravity Sewer, 600 LF of 16-Inch Steel Casing, Open Cut, 200 LF of 16-Inch Steel Casing, Jack & Bore, and all appurtenances necessary for the completion of the work. The project shall include furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, and any appurtenances as necessary for the completion of the work described within the plans and specifications. Upon payment of $150.00 (non-refundable), the Contractor shall be placed on the Plan Holders list and be eligible to submit a proposal on the project.
