THE CITY OF BURBANK IS ACCEPTING SEALED BIDS TO FURNISH AND DELIVER LIGHTING FIXTURES IN SUPPORT OF THE BURBANK WATER AND POWER (BWP) DEPARTMENT CAMPUS RENOVATION PROJECT IN ACCORDANCE WITH ALL TERMS AS SET FORTH IN THE ATTACHED GENERAL CONDITIONS AND BIDDER'S PROPOSAL SHEET. SEALED BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL 2:00 PM, TUESDAY, JANUARY 25, 2011, IN THE OFFICE OF THE PURCHASING MANAGER, AT WHICH TIME SAID BIDS WILL BE PUBLICLY OPENED IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS. THE OUTSIDE OF THE ENVELOPE ENCLOSING THE BID SHALL BE PLAINLY MARKED WITH BIDDER'S NAME AND ADDRESS AND BEAR THE WORDS "BID FOR BWP EMPLOYEE PARKING LIGHT PROJECT, RFQ NO. 2011-002, DUE 2:00 PM, TUESDAY, JANUARY 25, 2011." ENVELOPE MUST BE MAILED TO: PURCHASING MANAGER, CITY OF BURBANK, P.O. BOX 6459, BURBANK, CA 91510; OR DELIVERED TO: PURCHASING MANAGER, CITY OF BURBANK, ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES BUILDING, 301 E.
