NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE AWARD

The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) requires equipment installation for monthly business cable television and commercial internet for two suites.  The security system requires commercial internet to communicate the monitoring of all access points, door and alarm systems, and closed-circuit television cameras both internally and externally to the monitoring station.  The minimum system requirements is: 100Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds with reliable up time of 99.5% or greater.  Business TV minimum requirement of broadcast and cable news channels for DCSA to include: ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, FOX News, MSNBC, Bloomberg TV, BBC, Al Jazeera America, Military Channel for 22 total HD drops and set top boxes.  The Offeror must be able to submit monthly invoices for Government accepatance/payment through the Department of Defense (DoD) Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) in accordance with Federal Acqusition Regulation (FAR) 252.232-7006.
