The City of Sacramento has a need to purchase Burlap Sandbags, 18” wide x 30” long, constructed of 8.9 oz. plain burlap fabric, without tie or drawstring. No bid submissions will be accepted via fax or email. All bids must be submitted by commercial carrier (FEDEX, UPS, etc.), U.S. Mail, or by personal delivery.
