This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; applications are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation document and incorporated clauses and provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82. FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, FAR Clause 52.212-5 --Contract Terms & Conditions required to implement statutes or executive orders -- commercial items,applications instructions, and evaluation of applications applies to this acquisition.
