This solicitation package has been prepared for Inmate Burial Service. All items will be provided to the Federal Transfer Center, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This solicitation contains all the necessary information for submitting a quote for evaluation.

In submitting quotes, quoters should consider all information provided Herein: Please carefully follow all the instructions located in the solicitation package concerning content, format and submission of quotes.

All potential quoters are advised that this solicitation includes the clause FAR 52.214-4 for Commercial Items which at, paragraph (t) requires all Contractors doing business with the Federal Government to be registered in the CCR database. Quoters should include their Data Universal Number System (DUNS) number in their offers. The Contracting Officer will verify Registration in the CCR database prior to award by entering the potential Award's Duns Number into the CCR database. Failure to complete the
Registration procedures outlined in this clause may result in elimination from consideration for award.
All specifications of items are final. Quotes returned with the specifications changed within the quote will not be considered.

Quotes shall be received on or before September 23, 2011 at 2:00 pm CST. Faxed And / or electronically submitted quotations are required. Mailed quotes are not required, but may be delivered no later than the
