The Work under this contract shall be performed entirely within the City of Burbank, and consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services, and performing all work necessary for the construction of asphaltic concrete pavement, all Portland Cement Concrete; curbs, gutters, path, curbs and gutters, spillway, parkway drains, sidewalk, ramps, driveways and pedestrian ramps, and of parkway improvements, storm drain improvements including local depressions, landscaping and irrigation, traffic signal, signing and striping, retrofitting existing railroad bridge, and removal of various items as noted on plans and in accordance with Sections 2 and 3 of these special provisions: THE CITY OF BURBANK RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADD TO, OR DELETE FROM, THE QUANTITIES OF THIS CONTRACT AT ANY TIME. A MANDATORY pre bid conference and job walk will be held June 6, 2019, beginning at 9:00 AM. Please meet Ross Young, Real Estate and Project Manager at the Southwest Corner of Olive Avenue and Flower Street (adjacent to 110 W. Olive Avenue, Burbank, CA 91502) on this date and time. Failure to attend the pre bid conference will disqualify your bid. Failure of the Contractor to download the Contract Documents from the City of Burbank shall render their bid non-responsive.
