The Air Force intends to solicit and award a firm fixed price, sole source purchase order to Bourn & Koch, Inc (Rockford, IL; CAGE Code 64852), under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), for the Repair of the Bullard 28618 42" Cut Master for the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC) to occur no later than 7 Oct 2020.
