repairs the exterior of Building N19A at Naval Station Norfolk. 

This project repairs include: replacement or repair of steel window lintels due to excessive corrosion and water damage; replace water damaged window framing; repair/replace water damaged exterior wood trim, fascia, and cornice details on perimeter of building; paint wood trim; repair damage to interior surfaces (walls, sills, etc.) caused by project work; provide white aluminium conductor heads and downspouts at all PVC drains; repair roof surfaces as required; repair brick surfaces through restoration cleaning; displacement and cracking alleviation measures; repointing joints and remediation of brick paving areas and stoop due to severe settlement.  Demolition includes: replacement of steel window lintels; selective window and window framing removal; lead paint removal; asbestos abatement and removal; selective exterior wood trim removal; removal and disposal of vinyl trim; stucco replacement; and selective masonry removal as required.
