Demolition of the former Radio Shack Building owned by Exeter Township on 3923 Perkiomen Avenue. Work is all inclusive lump sump and includes installation of all erosion and sediment control measures, removal and disposal of the building, removal and termination of utilities to property line or service main as directed by utility owner, regrading of the demolition site with structural backfill, removal and backfill of other miscellaneous items shown on the plan, and installation of topsoil, grass seed, mulch and rolled erosion control products. All work to be performed in accordance with the Building Demolition Plan, dated March 11, 2020, Special Provision Demolition of Existing Structures (Section 02050) and Publication 408/2020-IE.
