John F. Kennedy Center requires a building automated controls service provider to perform system maintenance including backup, firmware and software maintenance, upgrades, updates and patches, routine and emergency repairs, limited programming and operator training. The system consists of the supervisory controllers connected to a central operator station.
The intention of this solicitation is to award a Firm Fixed Price contract to provide building automation maintenance services for one base year plus four option years at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.
Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, technical factors, past performance and pricing considered. The "best value continuum, tradeoff process" is the method that will be used to evaluate price and other factors specified in the solicitation, with the goal being to select the proposal that offers the best value to the Government in terms of performance quality and pricing.
