The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Building 854 - Dining Facility Equipment Replacement - CSLO located at Dining Facilities Administration Center (DFAC) - Camp SLO, Camp San Luis Obispo - Building 854 Calaveras Ave. & Humbolt Ave., San Luis Obispo, CA 93405. Work to include: Furnish and install all materials and labor required to perform the scope and specification requirements set forth at the Dining Facility located within Camp San Luis Obispo. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory job walk on 2/21/2024, at 2:00 PM at Dining Facilities Administration Center (DFAC) - Camp SLO, Camp San Luis Obispo - Building 854 Calaveras Ave. & Humbolt Ave., San Luis Obispo, CA 93405. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the job walk site by contacting MAJ Ruiz, David at [email protected]. Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the job walk, attend the entire job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project. The prime contractor MUST possess a type B - General Building Contractor license, or subcontract to one. The Government Estimate for this project is 890,000.00.
