THIS COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION IS SET ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESS. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only Synopsis/Solicitation notice; quotes are being requested and the written solicitation is incorporated below. Solicitation number W50S6V-20-Q-0045 is being issued as a REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-07 effective 31 August 2020. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 337211. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price contract for procurement of Furniture for Building 808 at Buckley Garrison, CO. Please reference solicitation # W50S6V-20-Q-0045 on all correspondence. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the response date. PARTIAL QUOTES WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. PARTIAL AWARDS MAY BE MADE IF IT IS THE MOST ADVANTAGEOUS TO THE GOVERNMENT.

Notice to Offerors:
The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
In accordance with FAR 52.212-1(g) which is incorporated by reference, the Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with offerors. Please review FAR 52.212-1 in its entirety.
