The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Building 801 Roof Replacement - Camp Roberts located at Camp Roberts - Building 801, Highway 101, San Miguel, California. Work to include: The Contractor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to execute a comprehensive roof replacement at Building 801 in Camp Roberts, CA, ensuring the installation of a fully operational and weather-resistant standing seam metal roofing system that seamlessly integrates with the structure, in accordance with the specified scope of work and accompanying specifications. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory job walk on 5/7/2024, at 3:00 PM at Camp Roberts - Building 801, Highway 101, San Miguel, California. Arrive at least 20 minutes early. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the job walk site by contacting Mr. Stonecipher, Mike at [email protected]. Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the job walk, attend the entire job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project. The prime contractor MUST possess a type B - General Building Contractor license and/or C-39 Roofing Contractor, or subcontract to one. The Government Estimate for this project is between $180,000.00 and $220,000.00.
