The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Building 6030 Roof Replacement - Camp Roberts located at Camp Roberts - Building 6030, Highway 101, San Miguel, CA 93451. Work to include: All roofing materials, underlayment, metals, trims, rakes, flashings, eves, overhangs, canopy, sheathing, wooden members, fascia, rain gutters, splash block, etc. required to complete all work for a fully functional roofing system that ties into building flawlessly. All work shall comply with this Statement of Work, BLDG. 6030 Roof Replacement drawings dated 5/24/24 and Bldg 6030 Roof Replacement Project Manual dated MAY 2024. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to [email protected] with the subject title BID FOR EVENT# 34359 - DO NOT OPEN. Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 2/26/2025, at 11:00 AM at Camp Roberts - Building 6030, Highway 101, San Miguel, CA 93451. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the pre-bid job walk site by contacting Sergey Kinchak at [email protected]. Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the pre-bid job walk, attend the entire pre-bid job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the pre-bid job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project. The prime contractor MUST possess a type B - General Building Contractor license and/or C-39 - Roofing Contractor license, or subcontract to one.
