The Building 3201 Skylight Replacement Project removes 32 existing skylights from an existing metal roof structure replacing the skylights with a triple glazed acrylic dome skylight on the existing metal curbs. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held Tuesday, June 9, 2020 at 2:00 PM, at the job site, 3201 NW Lower River Road, Vancouver, WA 98660. Individuals attending the non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be required to furnish and utilize safety equipment to include reflective clothing (or vest), sturdy shoes, gloves, safety harness for lift and a mask appropriate for COVID 19 protection (no ventilated masks allowed). Social distancing will be practiced and only one representative per company will be allowed at the site visit. Please be prepared to provide the COVID questionnaire. It can be printed, completed and turned in at the site walk or filled out on site. The engineer’s estimate for the project is $96,400 - $106,600
