*** A site visit has been scheduled for this requirement. The site visit will  be conducted Wednesday August 28,2013 at 1330 Mountain Time . All interested parties should meet at the Cannon AFB front gate and proceed to the site vist as a group. ***

This is a Request For Proposals which will having a closing date of September 6,2013. 

This project is being solicited, however funds are not presently available for this project, and no award will be made until funds become available. Proposal acceptance period should be valid through 30 Sep 13. The Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation, either before or after 1 Oct 13, with no obligation to the offeror by the government. This solicitation is for the Demolition of Building 2321 at Cannon AFB, New Mexico. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision and equipment, and perform all operations necessary to accomplish all work, complete in place, as specified per the Performance Work Statement. This acquisition will be set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238910, Site Preparation Contractors, and the small business size standard is $14.0M. This contract will be a "Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable" contract. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management program prior to award of a Government contract. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the database will render the interested party ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award. This solicitation will be available ONLY via the Internet at the following address: http://www.fbo.gov.
